Elius is a social mobile application for active people to create posts, share photos and short videos, comment, like, follow users, send messages, and discover people nearby.
We may collect information such as username, email address, phone number, profile photo, posts, comments, likes, messages, uploaded photos or videos, and optional approximate location data.
We use this information to create user accounts, display profiles, show posts, enable comments, likes, messages, notifications, and help users discover other people nearby. Exact addresses are not shown to other users.
Elius may use approximate location to help users find people or posts nearby. We do not display your exact address or exact coordinates to other users. You may disable location permission in your device settings.
Users may upload profile photos, post images, and short videos. Uploaded media may be stored using third-party cloud storage providers.
Elius may use services such as Expo, cloud storage providers, authentication providers, analytics tools, or hosting services to operate the app.
We use reasonable technical measures to protect user data. Passwords should be stored securely using hashing. However, no online service can guarantee complete security.
Users may request account deletion through the app or by contacting us. When an account is deleted, associated personal data may be removed or anonymized unless retention is required by law or safety reasons.
Elius is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
